• Provide helpdesk support to customers. Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are required and candidate must be adaptable to dynamic and changing environments.
• Provide remote and onsite support for a number of companies. Must be able to install and support software ranging from basic productivity applications to Windows servers and Active Directory
• Implement and support workstation and server technologies.
• Troubleshoot and remedy various hardware and software problems in corporate environments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science degree with 4 years of related technical experience or 6 years of related technical experience.
• Candidate must possess excellent communication skills.
• Though not a regular occurrence, candidate must be willing to work on weekends and after hours when necessary.
• Skills: Microsoft Windows, Hyper-V, Active Directory, and Exchange Server. Basic networking and exposure to Cisco, SonicWall, Barracuda and other technologies skills are also required. Microsoft and Cisco certifications are a plus.

• Define, document, execute and optimize processes for technical support.
• Design, implement, and manage server technologies and enterprise grade networking equipment.
• Troubleshoot and remedy hardware problems in an enterprise environment.
• Handle remediation issues and act as liaison for customers, including escalations.
• Mentor team members including offshore teams and provide leadership and guidance to Technical Analyst and junior team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science degree with 5+ years of related technical experience.
• Skills: VMWare ESXI, Microsoft Hyper-V, Windows, Linux, Exchange Server, MS SQL. Enterprise networking and exposure to Cisco, SonicWall, Barracuda and other technologies. Extensive VPN experience required. Microsoft, VMWare, and Cisco certifications are a plus.
